I provide online as well as in-person therapy from my office at Akeso Kenilworth Clinic, where I help my clients identify their needs and help them meet them.

INDIVIDUAL
THERAPY

I provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients. I have a special interest in neurodiversity and addiction. My intention is to empower others to live meaningful and happy lives.
I use a practical, compassionate, empowering, and problem-solving approach, while making use of dialectical behaviour therapy skills as needed to help clients through the challenges they are facing.
During the first session, I take a thorough history and start skills training as soon as the client is ready for change, sometimes during the first session.
Many clients see me weekly initially and then less often when they can independently apply the skills they were taught.
My sessions range from 30- 60 minutes depending on the client’s needs.
I charge R375 for 30-minute sessions and R750 for 60-minute sessions.
